Johannes Ihler

Johannes Ihler , generally Hans Ihler , (born January 5, 1899 in Bremen , † August 5, 1976 in Bremen) was a Bremen trade teacher and politician ( SPD ). He was a member of the Bremen citizenship .

biography

education and profession

Ihler completed an administration apprenticeship and then worked as an administrative clerk. From 1922 to 1942 he was administrative director of the commercial school of the commercial association Union of 1801 in Bremen, and he was also a part-time lecturer here. From 1942 to 1944 he was an unscheduled teacher at the state vocational school for wholesalers and he completed his training as a commercial teacher by 1945. After the war, he continued to work at the commercial college in Bremen.

He was buried in the Riensberg cemetery in Bremen.

politics

Ihler was a member of the NSDAP from 1937 to 1942 . In 1948 he was denazified as exonerated, and social democratic witnesses confirmed that he was opposed to the Nazi regime. After the war, he became a member of the SPD. He was a member of the local SPD association Neue Vahr .

From 1955 to 1967 (other sources 1963) he was a member of the Bremen citizenship for around 12 years and was active in various deputations of the citizenship.
