John Dahlbäck

John Dahlbäck (* 13. October 1985 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish House - DJ and producer .

biography

John Dahlbäck comes from a musical family. Inspired by his cousin Jesper Dahlbäck , he began producing electronic music with his father's Atari at the age of 15 . He later founded the Pickadoll label . Along with David Ekenbäck , he runs the Beckster project as well as the Jackmoves label .

Early in his career, he published deep house productions. Harder releases followed later with borrowings from old Chicago house tunes.

Dahlbäck works rather quickly. His productions appear on a monthly basis, often up to three works or remixes.

Pseudonyms

He publishes his solo productions under his real name as well as Hug and Huggotron . Together with cousin Jesper Dahlbäck he travels as Hugg & Pepp . He also produces together with Mark O'Sullivan, who is on the DK7 project, as Mark & ​​John .
