John Davies (athlete, 1949)

John Davies (born January 17, 1949 ) is a former British middle -distance runner who specialized in the 800-meter distance .

At the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh in 1970 , he was starting fifth for England . In 1971 he was fourth at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Sofia .
