John Fleming (athlete)
John Fleming (born August 31, 1959 ) is a former Australian sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
At the Athletics World Cup in Rome in 1981 he was eighth in the 4 x 400 meter relay with the Oceanic team .
The following year he won silver at the Commonwealth Games in Brisbane in 1982 with the Australian 4 x 400 meter relay.
He set his personal best of 46.22 s on December 20, 1980 in Canberra .
