John Grogan

John Grogan (born March 20, 1957 in Detroit , Michigan ) is an American author who wrote the bestseller Marley & Ich , among other things .

John Grogan was employed by the Sun-Sentinel as a reporter for a long time . However, he gave up this work for a position as editor-in-chief at a gardening magazine called Organic Gardening . He then worked as a columnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer , where a collection of his best articles was published in 2007 called Bad Dogs have More Fun . Another work, The Longest Trip Home , was released on October 21, 2008.

John Grogan lives in Pennsylvania with his wife Jenny and three children .

Marley and me

One of the most famous books by John Grogan was entitled Me Marley and ( Marley and me published). It started when he wrote about his life with his dog Marley in the column and received so many letters from the reader that he decided to write a book. The book was a bestseller in England and America for months. It was filmed very successfully in 2008.
