John Heap
John Crocker "Jack" Heap (born November 9, 1907 in the London Borough of Camden , † April 2000 ) was a British sprinter .
At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 , he was eliminated over 100 m in the preliminary run.
In 1930 he won silver at the British Empire Games in Hamilton with the English 4-by-110-yard relay.
