John I. (Bishop)
John († June 20, 1137 ) was Bishop of Rochester from 1125 until his death.
John was the nephew of the Archbishop of Canterbury , Ralph d'Escures . In 1115 he was Archdeacon in Canterbury.
He was elected Bishop of Rochester in 1125 and was ordained in Canterbury on May 24th .
