John Joseph Saunders

John Joseph Saunders (born June 17, 1910 in Alphington , † November 25, 1972 ) was a British historian who dealt mainly with Islamic history of the Middle Ages and the history of Asia . He studied at the University of Exeter and was a lecturer at the University of Canterbury .
