John Macleod Campbell Crum

John Macleod Campbell Crum (born October 12, 1872 in Mere Old Hall, England , † December 19, 1958 in Farnham (Surrey) ) was an Anglican theologian and songwriter .

life and work

In 1900 Crum was ordained a priest and in 1928 he was Canon of Canterbury. In Germany, Crum is known from the Now the Green Blade Rises ( Korn, das in die Erde , EG 98) original, translated by Jürgen Henkys .
