John Michael Johnson
John Michael Johnson (* 3. June 1968 in San Antonio , USA ) is an American boxer in the bantamweight .
Professional career
In 1986 he started his professional career successfully. On April 22, 1994 he boxed against Junior Jones for the WBA world championship and beat him with a technical knockout in round 11. However, he lost this belt in his first title defense in July of the same year to Daorung Chuwatana through technical knockout the 1st round.
At the end of September 2014 he was defeated by Ricardo Alvarez over 8 rounds by unanimous decision on points.
