John Parsons (musician)
John Parsons (* 1954 ) is a Welsh guitarist and was a member of the Cologne band Höhner from 2007 to 2018 .
Parsons grew up in Wales. He studied guitar at Leeds College of Music in England. In 1977, together with Tato Gomez , he founded the band Santiago , which won the 1979 German Record Award for “Best New Age Band”. In 1990 he moved to Spain. With Miguel Ríos he won the 2004 Spanish Music Award for best rock album. From the end of 2007 to June 2018 he played with the Höhner.
