In the course of this journey, Streleckys view changed to life: After his return he wrote in three weeks his first book The Why Are You Here Café (dt. Da Capo Press , an American publisher of the Perseus Book Group, acquired the rights and published the title again in 2006. Strelecky's books are now published by Aspen Light Publishing.

Big Five For Life seminar concept

The seminar concept Big Five for Life by John Strelecky and his team John-Strelecky-and-Friends is aimed at adults and teenagers as well as entrepreneurs to develop goals in life or company goals. A central idea of the Big Five for Life concept is recognizing one's own purpose of existence (ZDE) and harmonizing it with work: “Not only everyone has their own ZDE, that also applies to every company.” Loud Strelecky makes you happier and more successful when your personal ZDE harmonizes with that of the company. As an entrepreneur, one should therefore only hire employees "whose personal purpose of existence harmonizes with the ZDE of the company they want to work for."

social commitment

John Strelecky is also socially committed. With Big Five for Life Gives , he founded a non-profit project to show young people future prospects and their personal Big Five during school time . He also supports the RE for Free program in fundraising with free copies of his books.
