John Young (actor)
John Young (born June 16, 1916 in Edinburgh , † October 30, 1996 in Glasgow ) was a Scottish actor . He was the father of actor Paul Young .
He starred in the films The Knights of the Coconut , The Life of Brian , The Hour of the Victorious , Time Bandits and Rab C. Nesbitt , as well as in the television series Doomwatch .
