Johnny Lewis (boxing coach)
Johnny Lewis (born March 18, 1944 in Sydney , New South Wales , Australia , as Alfred John Lewis ) is a former Australian boxing coach . Kostya Tszyu and Jeff Fenech were trained exclusively by him.
Other boxers Lewis trained included Jeff Harding , Gairy St. Clair , Virgil Hill , Paul Briggs , Solomon Haumono , Billy Dib , Matty Fisher , Vas Ferles and Eddy Younan .
Lewis is without a doubt one of the world's best coaches. He was inducted into the Australian Boxing Hall of Fame in 2006 and the International Boxing Hall of Fame in 2017 .
