The Johnstone Glacier is a small glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the southern end of the Lanterman Range in the Bowers Mountains and lies 1.5 km east of Zenith Glacier .
Participants in the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition to Northern Victoria Land (1967–1968) named him after Ian Johnstone, chief science officer at Scott Base during the same period.
