Jonas Mohr (born December 7, 1984 in Berlin ), also known as Drauf & Dran , is a German DJ and music producer .

Life

Mohr grew up in Rüdersdorf near Berlin.

Mohr's way to the DJ began with a job as a toilet man on a club toilet; here he made his first contacts, also with other DJs. At first he played for friends and acquaintances at private festivities, he quickly became known beyond the borders of Berlin and was now increasingly booked. Appearances abroad also became more and more frequent. He has already played in Israel and Great Britain. Mohr originally comes from the hip-hop genre, which can only be seen today in his clothes.

In 2008 Mohr and his friend Johnny Awkward founded the Drauf & Dran project . After 4 years of teamwork, his partner collapsed and temporarily dropped out. Since then, Mohr has continued the project alone under the same name. After a break, Johnny Awkward now only supports him behind the scenes as a studio partner. In his productions, Mohr works with well-known underground labels such as: Stylerockets, Ton Liebt Klang or Kiddaz.FM.

In 2010, Mohr founded the project Your Favorite Ravers . The following artists belong to this project: Sven Teet, Butcher, Funksignal, DaVinci or the house doctors. Here they make sure that everything comes from their own production.

On May 17, 2013 the album Colors was released on the Berlin label Stylerockets.

Mohr plays regularly at the major German and international festivals such as B. SonneMondSterne , Airbeat One , Nature One , Sterne und Bass or the Holi Festival of Colors .
