Joni Kauko (born July 12, 1990 in Turku ) is a Finnish football player .

Career

societies

Kauko started playing football at Runosmsame Nappulat. At the age of eleven he went to Turku PS and two years later to Inter Turku . There he stayed until December 2012. From 2008 he was used in the professional team. In the first half of 2013 he played for FC Lahti before moving to Germany for FSV Frankfurt . In summer 2015 he moved to FC Energie Cottbus on a free transfer . In Lusatia he had a contract until June 30, 2017.

After relegating to the regional league with Cottbus, he moved to the Danish first division club Randers FC in summer 2016 .

National team

Kauko played for the Finnish U-21 national team. On January 22, 2012 he made his debut for the senior team against Trinidad and Tobago .
