Joni Nissinen (born April 21, 1991 in Kuopio ) is a Finnish soccer player who currently plays for Kuopion PS in the Veikkausliiga .
Career
Nissinen made his professional debut on October 26, 2008 in the league game against Rovaniemi PS . In the 0-1 home defeat, he played over 90 minutes. He made his second league appearance almost 8 months later, when he was substituted on for Jani Hartikainen in the 57th minute in the 1: 4 defeat against FC Honka . In addition, he came to two more appearances in the Liigacup in the 2009 season .
Nissinen is currently in the squad of the Finnish U-18 national team. He has also played for the U-17 and U-19 selections in his country.
