Jorge Enrique Jurado Mosquera

Jorge Enrique Jurado Mosquera (born November 12, 1953 ) is an Ecuadorian politician and diplomat .

Life

Jorge Mosquera studied power engineering and process engineering at the Technical University of Berlin . He worked as a consultant for water management , development planning and environmental issues.

He was employed in a senior position by the Quito City Council for environmental issues. From 2007 to 2008 he was State Secretary in the Mining Ministry. From 2008 to 2010 he was Minister for Water Management. From March 2011 to March 2018 he was his country's ambassador in Berlin .
