Jorge Paixão da Costa

Jorge Paixão da Costa (born October 13, 1954 in Lisbon ) is a Portuguese director.

Life

Born in Lisbon in 1954, he studied film at Stockholm University (graduated in 1982) and at the Masters School of the European Film Academy in Berlin (1992).

He became known as the director of a number of television series. With his movie Os Mistérios da Estrada de Sintra (Eng .: The secrets of the Strait of Sintra) he was able to record an audience success in 2007.
