Jorinde Müller (born October 2, 1993 in Geschinen ) is a Swiss freestyle skier . She specializes in the discipline of ski cross .

biography

Jorinde Müller started in 2009 in alpine FIS races . In January 2011 she took part in an FIS ski cross competition for the first time. In December 2012 she made her debut in this discipline in the World Cup. At the Junior World Championships 2012 in Valmalenco , Italy , she was vice-junior world champion. In the 2013 World Cup she achieved a single-digit result for the first time with seventh place in Sochi, before she just missed the medal ranks in fourth at the Freestyle Skiing World Championship . This year she won several European Cup podiums and won the overall European Cup. So she secured a fixed place in the World Cup for the 2013/2014 season. In 2013/2014 she started in the World Cup throughout the season and got several top ten results. She also took part in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. At the end of the season she won the junior world champion title in ski cross.
