José Ángel Abelardo Treviño Martínez
José Ángel Abelardo Treviño Martínez (* 1942 in Monterrey , † 1999 in Mexico City ) was a Mexican ambassador .
Life
From 1993 to 1994 Martínez was Consul General in São Paulo and from 1995 to 1999 Ambassador to Moscow . As part of this activity, he received the Order of Merit of the Second Degree from the Ukrainian government . This process was approved by a meeting of the Senate.
