Luciano Eduardo Joublanc Montaño
Luciano Eduardo del Perpetuo Socorro Joublanc Montaño (born August 16, 1949 in Mexico City ) is a Mexican ambassador .
Life
Montaño was accredited in Budapest from February 19, 1990 to April 24, 1995 and was sent to Moscow in 1999 by the government of Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de León . Under the government of Felipe Calderón he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary for Mexico to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein , where he has been accredited since 2007.
