José Everardo Cristóbal Quirino (born April 11, 1986 in Pátzcuaro ) is a Mexican canoeist and two-time Olympic participant.

At the Canoe Racing World Championships in 2006 he won the gold medal in the single canoe over 1000 meters. In Szeged, Hungary , he surprisingly relegated favorite Andreas Dittmer (4: 10.741) to silver in 4: 07.855 minutes, while Hungarian Attila Vajda (4: 11.347) came third .

Cristóbal was in Beijing for the first time at the Olympics in 2008 . His best result was a sixth place in the semifinals of the single canoe over 1000 m. Four years later in London 2012 he finished 10th in the same discipline in 3: 58.673 minutes.

In addition to national competitions and the World Cup success, Cristóbal also won medals at Central American and Caribbean Games , Pan American Games and Pan American Championships .
