José Naya (born July 25, 1896 - January 29, 1977 ) was a Uruguayan football player .

The right striker ("puntero derecha") used Naya made his debut in 1919 at Liverpool Montevideo . He was a member of the squad that won the Intermedia Division in January 1920 and rose to the Primera División . He played with the Montevideans until at least 1927.
National team
Naya was also a member of the Uruguayan senior team . With the squad of Celeste he celebrated at the Summer Olympics in 1924 his greatest career success than one Olympic champion was. In the course of the tournament he was used in the second round match against the selection of the United States and in the quarter-final against the French national team.
