Jose Luis "Joe" Saenz (born August 4, 1975 in Los Angeles ) is an American felon. The FBI listed the gang member on the list of the Ten Most Wanted Fugitives , the ten most wanted fugitives, until his arrest .

Saenz, also known by his nickname "Smiley", has been listed by the FBI as the 492nd person on the list of the top ten most wanted criminals since October 2009.
