Josef Öller

Josef Öller (born September 27, 1949 in Burgkirchen ; † April 23, 2008 in Salzburg ) was an Upper Austrian social democratic politician and member of the state parliament . He was mayor of the city of Mattighofen .

Öller completed eight years of elementary school and then worked for six years. In the second educational path, he completed the Matura at the Pedagogical Academy . He was a member of the city council from 1991 to 1997 and since 1997 mayor of Mattighofen . Since October 23, 2003 Josef Öller was a member of the Upper Austrian state parliament, was a member of the building committee, culture committee and control committee.

Öller had two children with his wife Silvia.

On April 23, 2008, Öller died of heart failure.
