Josef Hermann Altmann ( December 25, 1845 in Rzeszów , Austrian Empire - 1910 in Vienna , Austria-Hungary ) was an Austrian theater actor , director and writer .

Life

He began his stage career in Apolda in Thuringia , where he made his debut on December 29, 1862 as "Hofrat Wörlitz" in Liebe kann Alles . Then he worked in Halle, at the Deutsches Theater in Pest and in Breslau and in 1866 joined the association of the Hofburgtheater for second comedian and father roles.
