Josef Pflug

Josef Pflug (born January 17, 1869 in Rauchwarth ; † February 25, 1937 there ) was an Austrian politician ( CSP ) and farmer. From 1920 to 1932, Pflug was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Pflug attended elementary school and completed his military service. He took over his parents' farm and in 1894 moved into the municipal council of Rauchwarth. In 1912 he became mayor and in 1923 he was made an honorary citizen. Pflug was sworn in as a member of the Lower Austrian Landtag on November 30, 1920 and was a member of the Lower Austria Land Curia until May 11, 1921. He then represented the Christian Social Party in the state parliament until May 21, 1932. In 1927, Pflug moved to Wienerherberg .
