Josef Trinkl (politician, 1895)

Josef Trinkl (born March 10, 1895 in Königsdorf ; † August 12, 1970 ibid) was an Austrian farmer and politician ( ÖVP ). From 1946 to 1949 he was a member of the Burgenland Landtag .

Life

Josef Trinkl was born as the son of the farmer Josef Trinkl from Königsdorf. He attended elementary school in Königsdorf and then worked as a farmer. Trinkl took over his parents' farm in 1931.

politics

Trinkl was a member of the Fatherland Front. In addition, between 1936 and 1938, Trinkl held the function of district farmer's leader and district councilor of the Burgenland Chamber of Agriculture. He was also mayor of Königsdorf from 1934 to 1938 and from 1945 to 1951 . Trinkl represented the ÖVP in the state parliament from January 4, 1946 to November 4, 1949.
