Josef Ungermann

Josef Ungermann (born February 5, 1902 in Munich , † September 22, 1985 ) was a German SPD politician .

Life

Ungermann attended elementary and technical school and learned the furniture staining and polishing trade. During the First World War he worked in the armaments industry, then until 1941 in the furniture trade for period furniture . After the Second World War he worked as an administrative employee. In addition, he attended several community college and trade union courses and seminars, held responsible positions in the trade union and his party and sat on the school maintenance committee. He was a member of the provisional district assembly of the government of Upper Bavaria and from 1954 to 1966 of the Bavarian state parliament , to which he was last elected through a direct mandate in a Munich constituency.
