Joseph Richard Asiedu

Joseph Richard Asiedu was a judge and politician in Ghana . He was in the first republic of Ghana between July 1960 and June 1965 during the tenure of President Kwame Nkrumah as Speaker of the Ghanaian Parliament . As the successor of Augustus Molade Akiwumi , Asiedu was the third speaker of parliament since the independence of Ghana.
