Josip Barišić (born August 12, 1983 in Mostar ) is a Bosnian-Herzegovinian football player . His preferred position is that of left back.

Barišić began his career at NK Posušje , where he made it through the youth in the men's team. From there he moved to NK Široki Brijeg in the winter break of 2007/08 . With Široki Brijeg he was Bosnian runner-up in 2008 and 2010. He has played for Hajduk Split since the second half of the 2010/11 season .

On December 10, 2010, he made his debut in the Bosnian-Herzegovinian national team when he was on the starting line-up for the game against Poland .
