Jouko Hein (born February 23, 1980 in Rakvere ) is a former Estonian ski jumper .

He completed his first professional season in 1996/97 in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup . He was able to achieve a total of four points and thus 127th place in the overall ranking. On March 1, 1998, he made his debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup . He reached 54th place in ski flying in Vikersund . It was the only world cup competition in his career. Two years later he started at the Ski Flying World Championships 2000 in Vikersund and flew there to 47th place. He was able to qualify at the 2002 Ski Flying World Championships in Harrachov , but did not make it to the finals. After further unsuccessful jumps in the Continental Cup, Hein ended his active ski jumping career in 2002.
