Juan Carlos Arias Pérez (born September 4, 1985 ) is a Cuban track and road cyclist .

Athletic career

Juan Carlos Arias Perez won the fourth stage of the Vuelta a Costa Rica to El Roble de Puntarenas in 2006 . The next year he and his team ISCF Manuel Fajardo won two parts of the Vuelta a Cuba . In the 2008 season, Arias Perez was the Cuban road racing champion. In 2009 and 2010 he won a stage of the Vuelta a Cuba. At the Pan American Track Championships in 2013 he won three medals: silver in points race and scratch and Ramón Martín bronze in the two-man team race . At the Pan American Championships in 2018, he finished seventh in the road race.
