Juan Manuel Fabra Vallés
Juan Manuel Fabra Vallés (born February 4, 1950 in Tortosa ; † April 14, 2012 ) was a Spanish politician of the Partido Popular (PP).
Life
Fabra Vallés studied law at the Universidad Complutense Madrid . Between 1982 and 1994 he was a member of the Congreso de los Diputados and from 1994 to 2000 a member of the European Parliament . Since March 2000 he was Spain's representative at the European Court of Auditors (ECA). From January 2002 to January 2005 he was elected President of the ECA.
