Juan Peralta Gascon (born May 17, 1990 in Pamplona ) is a Spanish track cyclist .

In 2011 Juan Peralta was three times Spanish champion, in the sprint , in the keirin and in the 1000-meter time trial . In the team sprint in the same year he was runner-up with Sergio Aliaga and Javier Elarre . By 2016 he had won eleven national titles in short-term disciplines.

Peralta competed in the Keirin at the 2012 Olympic Games in London and finished tenth. In 2016 he was nominated for participation in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and finished 19th in the sprint.
