Juan Tejera , full name Juan Andrés Tejera Arachichu , (born July 26, 1983 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
The 1.89 meter tall midfielder and defensive player Tejera belonged to the squad of the first division club Liverpool Montevideo at the beginning of his career from Clausura 2003 to Clausura 2007 . In 2009 he played nine games (no goal) in the Copa Mustang and one (no goal) in the Copa Libertadores for the Colombian club Boyacá Chicó FC . In the 2009/10 season he ran in 21 games (no goal) of the Primera División for the Uruguayan club Central Español . In July 2010 he moved to Argentina to join Olimpo de Bahía Blanca . In the following two first division seasons he completed 30 first division matches for the Argentines and scored one goal. He was also used once (no goal) in the Copa Argentina . In mid-July 2012, he joined the league rivals Defensa y Justicia . There he was used in 61 league games (one goal) and six matches (no goal) of the Copa Argentina. In January 2016 he moved to Juventud Unida Universitario . At his new employer he ran 19 times (three goals) in the Primera B Nacional and once (no goal) in the Copa Argentina. At the beginning of July 2016 he joined the Club Agropecuario Argentino . So far (as of July 16, 2017) it has been used 28 times (one goal) in the Torneo Argentino A.
