Club Olimpo de Bahía Blanca is an Argentine sports club from Bahía Blanca in the south of the province of Buenos Aires .
Football and basketball are the main sports of the club, which was founded on October 15, 1910. For many years Bahía Blanca was considered the capital of basketball and so the main focus was on this branch of the club. It wasn't until the soccer team rose to the top division in the late 1990s that interest in this area also increased. After a temporary relegation to the Primera B Nacional , the club played temporarily in the Primera División .
