The Judeo-Berber ( Central Atlas Tamazight ⵜⴰⵎⴰⵣⵉⵖⵜ ⵜⵓⴷⴰⵢⵜ Tamaziɣt tudayt ) is a Berber language , which is now only still spoken by about 2,000 people, mainly Jews Berber - Moroccan descent who in Israel live.

It has its roots in the Atlas Mountains . However, the majority left Morocco in the 1950s / 1960s for Israel as part of the Aliyah (migration to Israel). The language is written in Hebrew script .
