Jules Joseph Boulanger
Jules Joseph Boulanger (born June 17, 1822 in Ghent ; † 1868 ) was a Belgian portrait and genre painter .
He was born the son of French immigrants, François-Joseph Boulanger and Marie-Catherine de Puysseleir.
He settled in Brussels in 1855 as a freelance artist.
His older brother François Jean Louis Boulanger (also François-Joseph Boulanger, born August 9, 1819, † November 1, 1873) was also a painter.
