Juliane Caroline Koch
Juliane Caroline Koch , also Juliane Caroline Verona , ( 1758 in Hamburg - 20 June 1783 in Berlin ) was a German opera singer ( soprano ) and pianist.
Life
Koch, the daughter of the opera singer and theater director Johann August Christoph Koch , was hired by the Royal Opera in Berlin as early as 1774. She belonged to this stage until her early death in 1783. There she sang mainly dramatic parts.
In 1778 she married the decorative painter Verona. She was also known as a pianist.
