Julien Guay (born October 9, 1986 ) is a French cyclist .

Julien Guay won the third stage of the Tour de Gironde to Cenon with his team Vendée U in 2008 and was able to win the overall standings. At the Tour des Pyrénées he was third on the first section and in the overall standings he was sixth. At the end of the 2009 season, Guay drove for the French ProTeam Bbox Bouygues Télécom as a stagiaire . For the 2010 season, the Frenchman moved to the CC Noget sur Oise team. This year he won a stage in the Tour des Pays de Savoie . A year later he moved to the Continental Team Roubaix Lille Métropole. There he could not achieve any noteworthy victories and in 2013 switched back to Team Sojasun as a stagiaire . This year he was able to win some smaller tours such as the Tour de Franche Comté Cycliste and the Tour Nivernais Morvan, as well as some small one-day races.
