Julito Deschamps
Julito Deschamps (* 1930 in Santo Domingo ; † November 14, 1985 ) was a Dominican pianist, guitarist and singer.
Deschamps became known with recordings such as Tu palabra y la mía by Antonio Morel , the Duo Poema (with Francis Santana ) and Será muy facíl by Jesús Torres Tejeda . Other of his titles, such as Llorará por mí , Dos palabras , Negra Soledad , Poquita fe , Háblame , Olvídate de mí , Torpeza (by Antonio Perdomo ), Cosas del alma , Tú mi delirio and Como duele una traición , also had lasting success. Despite his fear of publicity, Deschamps, the Rey del feeling , found recognition beyond the Dominican Republic in other Caribbean countries and the USA.
