The Julius-Seitner-Hütte , also Eisensteinhütte , is a category I refuge of the Austrian Mountain Club of the Austrian Alpine Club . It is located on the Eisenstein at 1185  m above sea level. A. in Türnitz in Lower Austria .

The hut was built in 1910, the name was given by Julius Seitner, who has been the innkeeper and ÖGV official for many years and who has marked many paths in the Traisental . About 500 guests were present at the inauguration. After a fire in 1933, the hut was rebuilt in its current form in 1934 and expanded somewhat in 2003. There are eight beds, 20 storage spaces and a winter emergency storage in the basement in the shelter. The hut is mostly managed on weekends and public holidays, and some in winter.

With the Voralpenweg , the Traisentaler Rundwanderweg and the Waldmarkweg , the hut serves as a base for several Austrian and regional long-distance hiking trails .
