The house Julius-Wolff-Straße 5, 6 is a listed building in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

The residential building registered in the Quedlinburg monument register is located north of the historic Quedlinburg old town. The Mühlgraben flows west of the house and the building is on the right bank. The Julius-Wolff-Straße bridge leads over the Mühlgraben in the immediate vicinity .

Architecture and history

The three-storey rental house was built in 1906/1908 by master mason Emil Timpe . The design of the building is presented as a rather simple Art Nouveau style, using forms of neo-Romanesque and neo-baroque . In addition, half-timbering was also used .
