Juozapas Tartilas
Juozapas Tartilas (born February 9, 1940 in Padbuožė , Utena district ) is a Lithuanian engineer and professor , politician.
Life
After graduating from high school in Utena in 1957, he completed his studies in 1962 at the Kauno politechnikos institutas and received his doctorate in 1986. From 1992 he taught at the Kauno technologijos universitetas , from 1997 at the Vilniaus Gedimino technikos universitetas , at the chair for labor law and social security at the law faculty of the Mykolo Romerio universitetas . He has been a professor since 2006. He also teaches at the Utena College . From 1992 to 1996 he was a member of Seimas .
