Jupp mushroom

Josef "Jupp" Pilz (* 1920 in Czechoslovakia , † 2006 in Bad Honnef ) was a German sports teacher and football coach .

Live and act

Originally from the Sudetenland, he started out as a youth coach for FC Hansa Rostock and took over and founded the women's soccer team at BSG Post Rostock in 1970 , after having received rejections from 26 company sports associations.

In 1979, the BSG Post Rostock women's soccer team he trained came third in the first GDR assessment of the best in women's soccer, and from then on developed into one of the best teams in the GDR.

Pilz was a member of the Rostock district board of the DTSB , as well as a level IV exercise leader and member of the KFA football team.
