Jura-Georges Brüschweiler (* 1927 in Geneva ; † January 24, 2013 there ) was an art historian from the Swiss canton of Geneva . His mother was from Russia , his father was born in Moscow .

Brüschweiler specialized in the life story of the painter Ferdinand Hodler .
