Justin Toshiki Kinjō ( Japanese 金城 ジ ャ ス テ ィ ン 俊 樹 , Kinjō Jasutin Toshiki ; born February 22, 1997 in Okinawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese - American football player . The midfielder is under contract with the Japanese third division club Thespakusatsu Gunma .

Career

Kinjō moved in January 2015 from the JFA Academy Fukushima to the TSV 1860 Munich's youth training center . There he played eleven times in the A-Junioren-Bundesliga Süd / Südwest and seven times for the U21 of the Munich Löwen in the Regionalliga Bayern . In January 2016, the second division Fortuna Düsseldorf signed the young talent. On October 16, 2016 Kinjō made his debut in the 2nd Bundesliga when he was substituted on in stoppage time at his former club 1860 Munich. His contract with Fortuna Düsseldorf ran until June 30, 2018. He then moved to Japan in the J3 League to Thespakusatsu Gunma .
